Shipping Information for Lumora

At Lumora, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently across South Africa.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within South Africa are:

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • peak shopping periods

As some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, certain orders may take slightly longer than local retail delivery times.


3. Shipping Areas

Lumora currently delivers nationwide across South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • delivery location

  • product size

  • order quantity

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Lumora is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Lumora cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

We will work with the courier and supplier to assist in locating your parcel as quickly as possible.
